As a systems integrator Centennial has a responsibility to our customers to assist them in finding and using the appropriate technology.

Previously this only affected software and hardware investments. With the expanding impact of the Internet and other communications vehicles, the business environment has become much more complex.

Centennial provides a sole source to our customers for computer hardware and software, bar coding printers and scanners, modems/multiplexers, other peripherals including, training and support.

• Centennial has worked with multiple hardware/software solutions over the years including IBM AS/400, IBM RS/6000, NT and SCO UNIX computers. Our customers have used various communication topologies and networks including Microsoft and Novell.
• The demands of a global manufacturing environment require that data, images and voice be integrated to allow manufacturers to respond to their customer's demands. We are constantly evaluating emerging platforms and technologies, which will give our customers a competitive edge in their business.
• Centennial's recommendations allow its customers to meet their mission critical, on-line computing requirements. IBM's investment into technology improvements for electronic commerce, including RISC processors, means that IBM is committed to being a leading technology provider for the foreseeable future. Our core software capitalizes on the IBM's leading platforms.
• With the Internet emerging as a business tool of the future, a browser will probably become the user interface most users will prefer. We currently offer Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) with the AIC software which facilitate implementing new software solutions. We are convinced that regardless of the server type users want an easy to use interface.
• In addition to providing systems to enable our customers better control of their operations, Centennial offers an internet based solution, wherein we maintain the computer hardware and software at our site. This offering enables our customers to rapidly bring the new software solutions online without straining in-house resources.
